Section 504

Section 504 Plans at SBHEM
At SBHEM, we are committed to providing equitable access to education for all students. For those with disabilities that significantly impact one or more major life activities but do not require special education, a 504 Plan ensures necessary accommodations are in place.
What is a 504 Plan?
A 504 Plan is a legal document under Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973. It provides students with disabilities the accommodations they need to fully participate in the general education curriculum and school activities.
