School Site Council

The SSC serves as the school's representative body for determining the focus of the school’s academic instructional program and all categorical funding.

The SSC’s primary responsibilities are:

Review the advice for improvement of the School Plan for Student Achievement (SPSA).
Develop and approve the SPSA and related expenditures per all federal, state, and District laws and regulations.
Review the plan's implementation on an ongoing basis with the principal, teachers, school staff members, and other stakeholders.
Review data and evaluate the progress made towards the school goals to raise the academic achievement of all students.
